2011 Azienda Agricola La Torre Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy

The quaint village of Montalcino in Southern Tuscany is home to some of the most age-worthy red wines in Italy. This classic Brunello di Montalcino wine is produced from 100% sangiovese grapes that have gone through an extended aging period in barrel and bottle. Those who patiently cellar this wine for 10-15 years will be greatly rewarded!

2013 Smith-Madrone Cabernet Sauvignon, Spring Mountain, Napa Valley

Smith-Madrone has been producing world class wines from their high elevation vineyards in Spring Mountian, Napa Valley since the 1970’s, and the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is among their best wines ever. Only 1,330 cases were produced, and a fraction of those cases found their way into our hands! Let this classic Napa Cab age for 7+ years in your cellar to enjoy it at its finest!

2014 Jacques-Frederic Mugnier Nuits St.-Georges 1er Cru Clos de la Marechale, Burgundy, France

Burgundian producer Frederic Mugnier needs little introduction. JFM is responsible for some of the most complex and ageworthy Pinot Noir wines in the world, and his walled Clos de la Marechale vineyard on the Southern end of Nuits St.-Georges is as immaculately run as the nearby Grand Cru vineyards Vosne-Romanee and Gevrey-Chambertin. Cellar this wine for a minimum of 5 years and it will continue to improve for an additional 10-15 years in the cellar.

2009 Domaine de l’Aurage, Castillon, Bordeaux

The 2009 Domaine de l’Aurage is a well-constructed blend of 90% merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc aged in 100% new oak barrels. This outstanding property is owned by the Mitjavile family, who also run the historic St. Emilion Chateau, Tertre Roteboeuf. Expect this monumental wine to age gracefully for 10+ years, or drink it in the next 5 years to enjoy a vibrant, fruit forward expression of the right bank of Bordeaux.

2014 Felix Callejo Crianza, Ribera del Duero, Spain

Ribera del Duero is a Spanish region famous for structured, full bodied and delicious tempranillo wines. This stunning wine has been aged for 12 months in oak, and an additional 12 month in bottle. Put this away in your cellar for another 5+ years and you will be rewarded with a complex, savoury and decadent red wine. Or, enjoy it anytime over the next 3 years while you wait for your 5 other wines to mature!
