In early April RHW once again travelled to Bordeaux to taste barrel samples of the 2017 vintage. Watch for our full report and futures offer in mid-June 2018. 2017 wines are very limited in quantity due to a spring frost that reduced yields by up to 90% in some parts of Bordeaux.
We take our Australian wines very seriously at Richmond Hill Wines. Our focus has always been boutique, high quality producers that showcase the premium old vineyards that Australia is blessed with. Over the years we have also had the distinct privilege of getting to know many of these producers on a personal level, and none more so than our good friend Ben Glaetzer.

Join us on the evening of Tuesday, March 13th as we pair the world class wines of Le Macchiole with the luxurious and gourmet Italian Cuisine of Centini Restaurant.
We are kicking off 2017 with a series of in-store tasting events. Our tastings are always fun and educational, and they provide an excellent opportunity to sample a wide range of wines. Our 2017 Holiday Cases are now available for pickup! These pre-made boxes are an annual tradition at RHW and this year we are thrilled to introduce the Cellar Selections Holiday Case to our collection. Holiday Cases are available until December 24th in-store and online.
It was a very proud moment for us in the summer of 2016 when we first tasted the wines of Little Engine from Naramata, British Columbia. Our friend of more than 15 years sat at the tasting table in our store and walked us through his lineup from the first vintage of his new winery that had been over 5 years in the making.
